Holistic learning design
People can learn anywhere and at any time. Certainly, learning doesn’t only take place in seminar rooms, when reading books or when working within a learning programme. Informal learning processes at work and at home are of equally great importance. They occur when exchanging information with others (directly or on the Internet) and by using classic and new media. The creation of an adequate learning environment with digitally available learning content must be taken into account. It does not conflict with established learning and information services, but supplements these with its specific advantages of multimedia interaction and freedom from the constraints of time and place. In order for you to fully benefit from the opportunities offered by eLearning, and to implement it in targeted ways to realise its full potential, we will provide you with advice when developing a holistic learning design.
